This site exists to facilitate application(s) for licensure with the office of the Attorney General in accordance Ala. Code § 8-19A-1 through 24. Before beginning this application, please ensure that all demographic information for the chiefly responsible person as well as all officers, trustees, shareholders, partners, and salespeople is accurate. Please have ready, in .pdf or Word format, any scripts, outlines, sales literature; and evidence of a bond, letter of credit, or certificate of deposit. If the applicant is other than a natural person, please have its articles of incorporation, bylaws, or written partnership agreement available for upload.
